What Happens After Graduating from a Specialized School?
Graduating from a specialized school of two years or more grants you the title of "Specialist", and four years or more grants you the title of "Advanced Specialist". However, under the current system, it is challenging for international students to find immediate employment in Japanese cuisine restaurants after graduation.
Obtaining a visa is also difficult, and most often, gaining a few years of practical experience in their own country is necessary.
